Recently moved to the area and thought I'd offer my take on the place. The employees are wonderful, while the business itself underwent a recent change in management. The new owner is helpful and receptive to feedback, and I can't really complain about the quality of the dry-cleaning. Nothing incredibly amazing, but an overall positive experience, which is all I really ask for.

Ok, so the person that works there --not the owner-- is extremely nice and sweet. Too bad she is not the owner, because she, on the other hand, does not have a clue about customer service. I left some silk pillow cases for dry cleaning and they ruined the zippers. When I noticed this, I kindly ask them if they could fix them--or, at the very least, give me a refund. The person who is always there is being understanding and trying to be helpful until the owner decides to intervene. Not only does she say she is not paying to fix the pillows, or that she is giving me a refund, but starts insinuating that when I brought them they were already damaged. In other words, she starts calling me a liar. To stress her point she decides to call someone on the phone (could have been her friend or the cleaning people, who knows?) and asks them if they ruin the pillows??!! At this point only the whole thing becomes a farse, of course. I had no way of proving the pillow zippers were already damaged. I don't usually take pictures of my clothes before I take them to the dry cleaners! Apparently at this place you must. In case they ruin something, be prepare to demonstrate your innocence! The burden of proof is yours to bear.
