  The worst car wash ever! The only clean part of the car was made dirty. Left a lot of water spots and the car was dirtier than before. Waited 2 hours for the ridiculously overpriced car wash.

  Ask to vacuum the dog hair off the back seat. They missed it and asked the guy if they could re vacuum the dog hair off the back seat. He told another guy to do it. The guy vacuumed everything in the back seat again except the dog hair in the back seat. When I pointed out all the dog hair untouched on the back seat he rolled his eyes and finally vacuumed the dog hair off the back seat. Should never have been this hard or had eyes rolled at me. Such a simple task if some the first time. I’m not one to leave criticism but the eye roll was horrible customer service and will not return to this car wash.

  It was a busy Saturday morning when I arrived to have the car wash . Pleasantly surprised at how fast, efficient and high quality wash I received in timely manner. Especially enjoyed how clean windows inside and outside are. I will be back!

  When I purchased their $150 super-duper detailing service they managed to badly scratch my driver side door. The gentleman who was collecting the tip after destroying my car was so polite, he even opened a door for me to make sure I don't notice the scratch. It took some time to convince them that it was their doing when I brought my car back. Management took responsibility and gave me 3 free "super washes" and a paper to take my car to the body shop which I obviously was never gonna do because I wouldn't take my chances with perfect paint match. It was nice of them though, I appreciated their effort to make it right, that's where star # 2 comes from. Today I went there for my last free wash. And I was disappointed with the result. I will attach pictures so that you can judge for yourself. I'm not taking my car back and warning all of my friends. If you take people's money - do your freaking job right! Awful job etiquette.
