  Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance crews were always prompt and courteous. Facilities and amenities were well kept. Private security officers on campus are attentive and easy to deal with regarding late night disturbances. Overall the apartments are pretty nice in my opinion. Too bad all of that is ruined by disgusting and annoying residents. No one observes quiet hours and there were a couple times when someone's dog left a nice turd in the elevator. Don't be surprised to find empty beer cans strewn about the halls every now and then as well. Management is not fun to deal with. Their communication regarding move-in and move-out procedures is horrendous, and they know it, too. But they don't really care, best they can do is say "Sorry" and have you leaving frustrated. If you don't have a family or a full-time job and don't mind the obnoxious "bro" crowd, then this is the place for you.

  Pretty sure the water here isn't fit for consumption, seriously the water smells any time I turn on the tap and it makes my skin itch during showers. There's a million other things wrong with this place, especially the fire alarms, but why would you wanna live in a place with water that smells like sewage. Can't wait till our lease is up

  Uptown Square is located in a convenient location. Work orders are responded and resolved immediately. Staff does change continuously which is expecting in the apartment industry with our current market. Vanessa was a pleasure to work with, she is very personable, responds quickly, and answers any questions I may have.

  I've lived here for about 3 years now and I have to say Uptown Square is a great place to live. The maintenance is always helpful and quick with issues. The management at the office is always friendly and willing to listen. I have had no issues here. The location is also excellent. Also the site has an onsite Security team so if you have any problems late at night, you can call the Security team. I like living here.

  I've been at Uptown Square apartments for a year and plan on renewing my lease. This is one of the few affordable apartments in downtown Denver since I won't spend money on a luxury apartment that I don't own. I love the location since it's within walking distance to restaurants, Rookies stadium, and 16th St Mall! Now I know most reviews you'll find on here are negative and refer to the fire alarms, but I'm here to put it in perspective for those who complain about them. The fire alarm system is doing its job and yes all systems have potential for error. With each fire alarm system the bigger the building and more people resigning in each building equals a greater chance for the fire alarm system to go off. The alarm sounds until the fire department arrives and shuts it off and they are quick to respond. The front office does a wonderful job sending out an email regarding why each alarm sounded. As for me, I always take each alarm serious for my own security. If the fire alarm is something that truly bothers you then apartment/ condo living might not be the right fit for you.
