  I honestly believe everyone who rates and comments on here are family and friends of people at this shop, iv been here over a dozen times they want buy anything from me period and everything I bring in is valuable I do my research before calling or going in. They didn't want to take my $700 Toshiba laptop cause it was a Windows 8 but was updated too Windows 10 with a new processor i installed myself but he didn't give me a chance to even let him know that. Than I call today about a brand new echo dot I have with box and original paper work that came with it and proof of purchase and he says we only take if it's new n I took out box to test, he says aww well we want take it. Worst pawn place ever

  Excellent staff, excellent prices! Just bought a verragio ring and it’s absolutely beautiful. Very helpful people and no pressure to buy!

  Let me start off by saying i don't usually write reviews but in this case i had to get the word out. I just purchased a ring from Michael (the owner) over the internet and my experience was nothing short of remarkable! Michael was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable about his product. I would absolutely recommend Uptown Pawn to anyone!!!

  Had a great experience here at Uptown Pawn!! On 1/5/18 'Ben' Gave me a deal on some gym red air Jordan's 12s retro!! They have the best prices In town no doubt with super friendly staff an i will be coming back for more shoes an other stuff!!!

  Good place to pick up cheap video games for all platforms! Staff is friendly and helpful, unlike at max-it pawn where you are greeted with contempt for asking a question. This place gives me the most loan money for my items. I was glad to read another review that also said this was hands down the best pawnshop in the TC's. That and the owner's willingness to respond to these reviews and try and make things right make this no contest.
