  I am a former employee of this facility and my husband is still employed there for about 11 years now. My experience as a former employee, gave me great pleasure in being an asset to this company, and not a liability and for meeting the goals required of the company as they thrive in providing quality customer service to each and every customer and paying attention to specific details to suit the needs of the customers vehichle along with employee made recommendations to soar the satisfaction of the customers they serve. This is a requirement of all employees hired and to be understood before accepting terms of employment by management. I know that the clients are all mostly local people, a few celebrities here and there, along with many of our beloved News Orleans Saints. I also know that as a whole, this establishment and staff, are very professional, ethical business people. The management will not tolerate any employee to stand in the way or hinder the goal of the company, of "Complete Customer Satisfaction". If a customer has a problem, or is not completely satisfied, they should ask to address the issue at hand to someone in management and I guarantee that the problem will be addressed and corrected without limit, to provide the customer with the best resoloution in resolving the matter that meets the needs of that particular customer. Sometimes, we all have a bad day, or there's one bad apple hanging on a twig and not a branch, rest assured, that bad apple won't be a part of the tree that blossomed and generates beauty , is full of life and love. With that said, I myself personally know the management team and their employees are very genuine in providing the best professional quality service, to each and every customer, from the very first customer, down to the last one of the day as if they were the first, with no excuses tolerated. Uptown Carwash is a one of a kind place where you are guaranteed to receive the greatest quality service, pristine vehicles and an environment that is sure to make you feel like you are at home. Professional, friendly services guaranteed everytime. My hats off to Mr. Scott Giebert, (GM), and Mr. John Hembree, (AGM) and of course, Mrs Christy, a very lovely lady, always smiling, very radiant and beautiful cashier. Keep up the great work. A very well established company that goes above and beyond, to make sure their customer's are 100% satisfied each and every time.   Been a few times and always left underwhelmed. They offer such a low oil-change price cause they'll add $10 for a skidpan removal. Recently though I left with overfilled oil that quickly turned into a check engine light and smoke coming from my car. I returned the next day and asked for them to read the code for the check engine light and drain the oil and then provide a record of what was done and why I came in (in case I had to submit an insurance claim). When I got my car back they told me that they didn't read the code (only cancelled it), drained the oil and failed to provide a work record. After sometime arguing I was finally provided a record and told that actually, they hadn't cancelled the code, it just went off when the oil overfill was fixed. I took them on their word but as soon as I got on the highway the smoke returned followed shortly after by the check engine light, so i believe they lied about not cancelling the code. Took it to firestone and they told me the sparkplugs were misfiring and had been gunked up and had it fixed within the day. Don't get distracted by the apparent low prices. You pay for what you get.

  I love getting my oil changed with a complimentary car wash. I come across the river just for this service. The only reason no 5 star is because the detail is half-ass, but it's better than none and I'll pay a lil more for an oil change to have it included.

  Awesome Staff! They always make sure my car looks great. You can’t beat the prices and now they have a monthly deal!

  Always had a great experience. They know what kind of wash I like and they take care of my car really well. Only once I was not satisfied with how my trunk was vacuumed, I told them and they immediately redid it. If you are looking for a great car-wash uptown, look no further!
