  My experience at Upscale Hair Design was GREAT. I was a walk-in and the owner greeted me soon as I walked in and directed me to the stylist Shelia that was open to do my hair. She was wonderful and I was so very pleased with my hair. YES....I will definitely be back. The other stylist and nail tech was so friendly And made me feel at home. Just real down to earth people. Very pleasant clean layed back environment.

  The owner is very unprofessional about costumer service and take things very personal. The place is very nasty.
