  I've been able to receive quick care here more than once and the people are friendly but they really should list that they don't take walk ins of its anywhere close to 7pm. I tried to get attention/antibiotics for early stage cellulitis rushing there straight from work (even called ro say i was a few minutes away at 645) arrived at 6:54pm. Their lights were out and they told me they could take me the next day or I could go to the ER (because why shouldn't I pay $750 copay for an antibiotic script?). I asked if they could recommend somewhere I could go if I couldn't wait til the next day and ER is the only thing they could tell me. Thank God for smart phones! I was able to find a UPMC Urgent care open until 9pm. Still very disappointed they don't honor their own hours.

  Went to get help with a bad cold or the flu. Had a few questions regarding my insurance coverage. Lady at the reception desk was curt and don't have the answers so I told her I'm going to call my insurance provider to double check I'm in the clear here, as I'm not looking to spend $300+ on a 10 minute checkup and an antibiotic script. She became dismissive and outright rude. This exchange took less than 90 seconds and I don't think I was ever out of line. Not returning to this location.
