  Those in electric wheelchairs need not apply; unless you want to be a piece of performance art. (spoiler alert) People stand around sipping champagne, as you're crammed you into a veal pin camouflaged as a lift, only to be set free to navigate the impossible curb cuts of Portland. "Normal" people may have a different experience, although I have no way of confirming this.
