  This company is a disgrace. We have two convection ovens that they have come back to repair numerous times, and they keep breaking down. As of today, after they promised three times to be here to do the repairs, requiring us to close the kitchen early. They always have some excuse why they don't come and now I am told they are waiting on a part. I cannot get anyone to tell me when the part was ordered, and when it will be in, and when they will come to repair the oven AGAIN. The owner is never available and when we call, the receptionist promises to have the owner call and we never get a return call. I don't know how this company stays in business.
