  South end location..awesome service. Charlestown, dirty, Sara is VERY rude with customers and employee. One shows up drunk ,Ben. Overpriced.

  There is constant employee turn-around, The store is dog friendly, but if you have a cat Then its frustrating. More than not they are out of his food. Its frustrating!

  This Petco is small and might not have everything you want but the staff is a delight and always make me and my dog feel welcome!

  Best self wash dog wash for the price north of the river, and yes we've tried every single one. We used to live right down the street and didn't realize how much better it was from the other. Now we live 25 min away and will make the drive just to use the self dog wash. It's $10 and you can use all of their supplies. They have a lot of towels, a blow drier, shampoo, brushes, treats, waterproof aprons, etc. They do a really good job of keeping everything really clean. There are three stations and we've only had to wait once in a year and a half. All of the employees are really friendly and helpful, and you can tell they all love animals and love to say hi to pets that come in the store. As for the rest of the store, it's clean, organized and has everything your average Petco would have. They have the bulk homemade treats that our dog loves, and it's nice to be able to make your own bag.
