  I love these people. If I'm not mistaken, its a husband & wife duo. They are so nice &friendly. I will say i ordered some contacts last November and its now February & i sill haven't gotten my contacts. My fault-i don't wanna pay the $2 to park, just for a few minutes. I think their biggest fault is communication. Never received a call when any of my boxes of contacts came in.

  I'm not sure what happened to this place. They were great when I used them before, but I had more or less of a nightmare experience this time. I sent in my favorite glasses frames to get new lenses. It took over a month and then the shop informed me that the lab had broken my frames. I tried to order another pair of similar frames but they never came in. They never answer the phone and it takes three days for them to return phonecalls. I finally just got them to refund my money, but I'm really bummed out since it's probably going to be impossible to replace my original frames, which ai really loved. They were part of my FACE for five years!
