  The up front staff can take a little getting used to! But the Dr's are great Dr Gallegos and the entire surgery team made me feel right at home during and after the surgery highly recommended him! Doing great 1 1/2 years after

  Have had several referrals by my doctor labeling an emergency case and that I need to be seen urgently for a surgical procedure. After two weeks of calling daily they told me that because of holiday vacations, they are behind enough to expect a further two weeks wait to schedule an appointment for six months from now. I am not sure what they believe the words "Emergency, ASAP, or Urgent" mean.

  These people are so rude here. Can't have a decent conversation without them having smart attitude if you ask a question

  I made multiple calls over several months to schedule a procedure which was supposed to be initiated by the nurse only 2-3 weeks after the original consultation. Approaching month 4 of calls to the scheduling office, very nice and attentive personnel, they finally received a note from the doctors office via the nurse that appointments couldn’t be made until February. To this day, I still haven’t actually heard from the nurse regarding this date. I’ll be looking into new clinic now if this is what is expected of the service here.
