  This is my fifth time at University Mazda. Wally, Matthew, and the crew are incredible. Online scheduling is easy, and the people who run the service department are welcoming, helpful, interested, and honest. I'm not a big online reviewer, but since so much service today is subpar, I had to give these guys a shout out. My car always drives better after servicing -- and nobody tries to sell me any item or service I don't need. Best of all - when I sit in the waiting area, I always see a few loyal (older) Mazda owners who also sing their praises. This is just how these guys roll. Keep it up!

  University Mazda made the entire car shopping & buying experience comfortable, easy, & fun. I absolutely love my new CX-3 and the atmosphere at this location. If you ever make it in, ask for Eric - Also take a minute to say hi to Scott. They are both great!

  Always so professional and helpful. I came in early for my appointment, they took my car right away and then it was done at the time they promised. Very knowledgeable staff, looking out for the best for the customer.

  I bought my Mazda 6 from them a couple of years ago and have been getting my car serviced by them ever since. The service professionals are knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. The service provided this weekend was great! They replaced my key battery and fixed a puncture in my front passenger tire free of charge. They reminded me of the Mazda parts recall and proactively volunteered a fix. They also provided a complementary cleaning service when you service your car with them. I have no regrets subscribing to the Mazda extended warranty and University Mazda provided value for money. I’m extremely happy with my purchase and service experience with them and always recommend them to anyone in the market to buy or service a Mazda. PS: if you are planning to buy a Mazda, ask for Alex or Duanne.

  What was initially diagnosed over the phone as a possible broken seat belt clasp ... turned out to be a simple disassemble and cleaning, and at a fraction of the original estimate. Plus, they washed and vacuumed my car as always. Another visit and another reason I'm glad I made the drive from Normandy Park to the University District six years ago to purchase my glow-in-the-dark green Mazda 2 from University Mazda. Wonderful folks :)
