  They have always done right by everyone sadly people need someone to blame because they had there car impounded maybe if they pay there insurance, registration, or suspensions more attention they wouldn’t be getting towed to start with ! They have an excellent body shop and made my car look brand new again much better then the last body shop did

  Universe is one of the best towing companies in the Bronx! If you deal with any other company you are more likely to get ripped off. They have been place has operated since 1980, obviously they're doing something right!

  Driving Flatbeds Like Race Cars Very Unprofessional And Very Careless And Reckless On E Tremont BullShitting In Front Of Pep Boys Like Its Cool... Then They Get Mad When They Get Called Names And Act Very Tough.... LMFAO Small World.....

  Be carful and AVOID this company no matter what! They estimated my towing $350 and ended up charging me $800.23. If you put your car in their yard which located at 254 3rd street, Brooklyn, NY. Be ready to be taken advantage of. They will milk every penny you have and will not release your car until you pay them. Also I have noticed that they have three different names. Online you will see them as "universe towing", the receipt says metropolitan towing, the sign on the truck is actually "Mike heavy duty towing" and the girl that picked up the phone at their shady office on flushing Ave answering the phone as " authorized towing". Give yourself a favor and never use this company!

  This morning I called universe at 7:39am for a boost, at 7:56am the service worker Edwin arrived and gave me a quick boost for my car. Edwin was efficient, quick and gave me some good information to keep my battery running. Excellent and exceptional service, I would recommend. Also to add the dispatcher called to follow up with service. I am thoroughly pleased and satisfied with all services from universe.
