  Great customer service. Decades and decades of dependable experience behind the counter. Great for hard to find plumbing items. The last real city counter in Houston.

  RUDE RUDE RUDE. Just got off the phone with their superior staff whom like to make you feel extremely stupid. I was told that certain plumbing terminology was actually house hold language, then put me on hold because this particular individual could not be bothered. SORRY YOU CANT STAND YOUR JOB BUT YOU SHOULD REALLY SAVE YOUR RUDE BEHAVIOR FOR YOUR LOVED ONES......

Glen , & Pablo , can answer any questions you may have about the mystic arts of plumbing and plumbing repair. It has the feel of a Texas Ice House & is probably my all time favorite Plumbing Supply.

  Great experience today. Universal has everything and the helpful and knowledgeable staff were able to give me some great project pointers, as well as a coffee while they filled my order. Thrilled to have found this place so close to home.
