  I brought in $600 in sterling silver almost 3 pounds. They offered me $300. Thats like going to the bank and exchanging a $100 BILL for a $50 BILL. I know they have to make a profit and handling costs. But $300 for 5 minutes of their time is a rip

  A friend recommended this small shop to me. The young couple who helped me were super friendly! Sold some gold, they gave me more than what I asked, told me the diamond was very nice quality! I was amazed!! I thought it was a CZ! 1 ring was fake, they explained the acid test and said if it was real they’d definitely make me an offer, was cool to see the acid test! I had some sterling, but said they pay based off of weight and I’d be better off keeping the rings. The girl suggested trying to sell on marketplace or let go. I will definitely come back in the future! Thanks for a great first selling experience! The raffle group you told me about sounds awesome, will be finding you on Facebook to enter! Thanks again!

  First off the 2 good reviews are FAKE !! ;) And this place has some serious Foul Attitudes !! No customer Service skills whatsoever.... I think they seem to forget that we keep their families fed... They offer you about half as much as all other dealers.. Since they clearly show us that we are unwelcome the moment we walk through the door then it's time to put them out of business....When the owner wants to know why his business failed he can just read these reviews.... SAVE YOURSELF THE GAS MONEY AND TIME AND CHOOSE ANY OTHER LOCATION BUT THAT ONE !!!

  It looks like this place is closed permanently. Apparently customer service and treating people with respect and honesty was not a priority for this business. There is another jewelry store in Greenwood on Main Street that is ran by the same people. Just warning you not to waste your time in Greenwood either.
