  Denis is a very very good salesman. I will be a repeat customer at this business. The store might look like it's about past it's prime but don't let it fool you. My wife and I have been looking for a good tile store in both NY and NJ. We are refinishing our Bathroom. Porcelanosa stores were a rather sterile experience. Designs were nice but it was very hard to finalize a compete design of our bathroom. Some Brooklyn tile stores lacked customer service and dedication. We met Denis and everything fell in place. Got our design down in under an hour. He worked harder than anyone and gave us our space. As a business owner I always respect a salesman that is not jaded by his job in a place like Brooklyn. Good job!

  Sales people are helpful and pleasant to deal with. They have a great selection at very low prices. Over the years we've come back several times and have always been happy with our purchases and the service. I would definitely recommend them.

  Excellent selection and customer service. Staff was very helpful in offering solutions, not just trying to sell. We bought tiles for our kitchen and will be coming back when we renovate our bathrooms. And, they are open on Sundays!!!

  Great store with modern/contemporary selection and variety of inventory to renovate-build the new bathroom. Excellent and very helpful staff ! Will recommend to friends and family members. Good experience.

  Great selection of tiles and lower prices comparing to the few other places we went to prior to Universal. My husband and I selected all the tile designs for living room floor, bathroom and kitchen. Delivery was fast and free. Sales people were experienced and easy to deal with. We will be back next time for another project. Highly recommended! Thank you.
