  The receptionist LIED and said that the owner was "too busy" to take a call also they refused to take my car saying they were "too busy" and it wont be until 2weeks when they could get to it, but the lady said at first that i could come by today. When i called back to see why she lied, they said the lady i was talking to at first didnt work there, then she said the lady didnt say i could bring it by there today. She was trying to talk over me, got an attitude when i started calling them on their lies. I advise ppl not to go here because of the unprofessionalism

  I've never even heard of the place, but I recently had a tow truck take my vehicle there after an accident. I specifically told the tow truck driver to take it to a different body shop, but i'm guessing since they do work together, he took it to shop of his choice. When my insurance adjuster called me 3 days later to check out the vehicle, he told me it had been taken to a different body shop. I was so busy working that I'd not realized where my vehicle was this whole time. When I explained to them the story, they raged in anger, giving me rude service and charging me over $700 dollars in storage fees for 3 days only because I chose a body shop of my choice. That was highly selfish of these so called "professional automotive services". I will not recommend them to anyone, for they care more for the money than your situation.
