  I came here to get a document notarized. They charged me $5 and it took less than 10 minutes. I am not a member here so the charge was expected. I will return.

  I have been a member for over a decade and have never had a problem. The people I deal with are always friendly and knowledgeable.

  Put money in 'Hi Yield' Savings account. Ok until dropped below $10,000 and then did NOT pay one cent? Weird cause other banks pay a different rate below minimum for the account. My $9000 made no interest? That is weird. PS... telling someone they have a 'screw loose' is hateful these days. Maybe that person better get with the times.

  The customer service at this location is getting much better. Over the phone it was as if maybe they dropped the ball, but in person we are seeing much improvement.
