  This place is tiny, ugly, old, dilapidated, hard to find and navigate to, the parking lot is too small, the service is slow and the employees are rude. Compared to other USPS locations I've been to this is the worst. They have very little shipping supplies for sale and no packing area. Even their package drop box was disgusting and dirty. Don't go here if you have any other option at all.

  There’s a lady from east Africa working at this location , she doesn’t care about people needs, I went there three times to fill out the address change form and gave it to her but she never entered in the system. 3 times she never added my new address in the system. Pls don’t waist your time going there because they won’t care for your needs.

  I was in a long line at the post office but luckily one of the cashiers noticed I had a delivery pick up slip and she redirected me to the "pickup window". This saved me a ton of time because I didn't have to wait in the long line to get to the cashiers. I was first in line at the pickup window. The nice cashier instructed me to push the button to ring the buzzer and sometime would come to help me. You can see this buzzer button in the photo labeled "pickup window". The gentleman who came to assist me with my parcel pick up was extremely helpful, nice & friendly. Based on my experience today I would come back here again and I would recommend this post office 🏤 to others. (For more information, please see the review photos included with this review.)

  We don't get very many packages, but when we do they get delivered to the wrong address. When addressing our issues with management, they make up lies saying that we have wrong tracking numbers. They claim that it was delivered on a particular day but it wasn't. Supposedly the Geo track location is set for our neighbor's house, but my neighbors are retired and never received a package. Management then claims that their workers work 12-hour days and are exhausted thus making human errors. Maybe management should tell them that it takes less time to do it the right way than to do it twice. There's nothing they can do they say. Just just have to call the company most likely leading to missing out on $100 worth of product. Horrible customer service. Horrible service in general. FedEx or UPS.

  It's my first time at this USPS location during COVID 19 pandemic. The only reason I am writing this review is to praise a certain employee whom helped me. He wore glasses and had a sleeve tattoo on his right arm. I wish I knew his name so I could thank him personally. He took the time to get my items repackaged into a smaller more proper box and scanned my item in and I was on my way. He gave me hope that there are kind human beings out there. Forever grateful and not to mention he made my day.
