::You all need to change your phone categories. I had a simple question to ask about not receiving my mail and it took me 20 minutes to get to the right department; and another 1/2 hour on hold waiting for an attendant. That is not great service and I don't want to go to another postal facility as this has been my neighborhood post office for many years. But the service has changed.

::Definitely avoid coming here, nothing has changed from the reviews from years ago till now. It's still the worst post office in the area, everyone is so lazy and do not care about your mail or their job.

::Slow service. Nothing else needed to say that everyone said. It's all true

::This is easily the worst post office I have ever used. One worker in particular is very lousy with customer service. I came in with a slip to pick up a package and she insisted it wasn't there. I had to stand my ground and insist that it was there and after 10 minutes she finally retrieved my package. Another time, same person, she refused to get a package for me because I didn't have the slip even though I had the tracking # and confirmation that they had received it the day before but she insisted she couldn't retrieve it again. I really hate that I am forced to use them to pick up packages.

::These people don't want to help you. We brought an assembled wedding invitation for them to weigh before we sent our invitations off to make sure we didn't need extra postage, the woman gave an air of "ugh whatever you're annoying me, just go away, this is taking too long," weighed it, and said we didn't need additional postage. We sent them off, then the next week we get a notice that they weren't sent at all because they needed extra postage. When my fiancé went to talk to them, the employee again seemed completely disinterested, got two different weights on an invitation but still said it was overweight, made him pay eight dollars just to get the invitations back, then charged the extra money for postage. The longer the interaction went on, the less helpful she was. We've had to contact people to try and get them to RSVP online because they're sent out too late, because the post office employees didn't care and didn't do their jobs. After the wedding, we'll be sending our thank you notes via UPS or Fed-Ex or something. God, I know government organizations can be infuriating, but these people really take the cake.
