::I came to this location for my passport appointment. Khay and Tim had the lines moving quickly while being extremely nice and fun. They are amazing. Khay had me out the door by 12:01pm. My appointment was for noon, and I was 5 minutes early. Seriously, it was a great experience at the post office.

::The staff here is always helpful, efficient and friendly. I appreciate them going above and beyond. I love my neighborhood post office! The building is also cool too :)

::These folks working here are extremely personable AND personal. A supervisor named Tim is an exceptional example of that statement, and then some! I had a snafu trying to get a certified letter redelivered and Tim was all the way going to bring the mail piece to my house himself after he finished his day, which was early on a Saturday. Talk about dedication to the commitment to satisfy and to honor the USPS. Sure they have screw-ups, impossible not to, but these postal people strive to correct them and help the public maintain confidence in the system.
