  Expect to wait 30 minutes–1 hour to be served on a weekday afternoon. Customer service is helpful and friendly, but it would be better if USPS could make services digitized and easy to use online if they are not going to fully staff locations, especially where options are limited such as in East Boston. When I arrived today the line was out the door, down the stairs, and on the street.

  I called today because we had a lost package. Kelli helped me out..and she updated me immediately. She was super polite and helpful. USPS ships a million packages and we use them daily. I wish there were more USPS employees like her! Thanks for helping us out!

  I have had an awful experience. I live in an apartment building and was suppose to have a package delivered the 30th. They left a note saying to reschedule delivery. I was home all day and no one buzzed in or knocked on my door. I rescheduled for the 2nd and no one showed up at all. I went today but was too late. They have extremely inconvenient hours and extremely lazy delivery men who do not even knock, just assume I am not there and leave a note, then never show up. I am extremely infuriated with their service and extremely dissatisfied as what was being delivered is to help me with my post-op surgery.
