  Every time I come into lobby and Muhammad and or Careen are there they are polite, knowledgeable and respectful. Outstanding team members. Five stars! In a world where it appears more and more laziness is taking the forefront. Awesome to know work ethic and friendliness, humor and respect means something to people like them. Outstanding.

  All of USPS is terrible. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for a package that’s still in Texas and was told by numerous people they can’t help me because it’s “in transit”. The package was supposed to arrive to my home June 10th it’s now June 21… I filed numerous claims and still nothing. After this I will never use USPS ever again

  Awful experience after awful experience here. Used to be a daily visitor here with my small business but opt for the Babylon office instead whenever possible. Counter worker Mike is the only competent worker of the bunch. Always a long line of people that ALL seem to know how terrible the place is. Counter worker Linda is so lacking in competence or any reasonable speed, it's almost impossible to believe she retains employment. Seems everyone has called in complaints about her, yet nothing is ever done. If she DOES get you alone quietly in the office, she will attempt to turn you on to a Jehovah's Witness website - can't believe THAT'S never been addressed with her. Supervisor Leah is also shake-your-head terrible as she attempts to address any customer complaints (I've witnessed this numerous times without personally experiencing it) by blaming the customer. She's made it an art form of spin. It is beyond belief that the USPS takes no action on this unit despite the plethora of complaints people seem to submit on them.

  I am not happy with this post office for the last 13 years. I run a small business and ship with the post office every day. They are the slowest people, besides Mike without him at the counter is a disaster. There could be 3 people ahead of me with the woman behind the counter. There is usually 20 min wait. Dozens and dozens and dozens of times I had to leave and go to the Bayshore post office where those people are amazing. There could be 10 people in front of me and I am out in less than 10 mins. You need better people behind the counter its very frustrating how slow they are especially the woman

  Never had anything but trouble here. They lost several packages and the people are incompetent. I had to ask several times for them to look in the back for a package before he actually did and it turns out it was there after insisting it wasnt and this happened with every item I ever had shipped here and several I never received at all even after several months. Turns out they sent the items back. Not to mention the manager here is one of the rudest people I've ever met. Completely unprofessional. I spent 6 months here and I will NEVER go back. Going back to Centereach. I spent 3 years there and the people are phenomenal. They're worth the drive over this trash.
