  I came here on 03/15/18 to turn in my 3rd change of address form. My other 2 forms failed to process. One was turned in at my private mailbox rental place, the other online. Long story short, a nice older black woman with glasses assisted me and had listened to my frustrations when I had told her that this is my 3rd change of address request in 3 weeks! She had acted swiftly on it and had faxed, not mailed, but actually faxed over my change request! I was happy about that. I hope and pray that just by her faxing my change request, the process will move much faster so that I can finally receive my mail at my new address. It should because on the top of the request form I had put *3rd Request*. This location for me is one of the few post offices in America with great customer service. I'll remember this place and come back soon if I need to. Thanks University Branch! Despite the long lines, I'll come back here for the customer service!

  I have found the staff here to be friendly, efficient, professional and very helpful. Sometimes there are large lines and just a few staffers but that is not their fault.

  I needed to mail a package while I was on vacation so I decided on this location because it was relatively close to our hotel and it ended up being a great choice. The cashier was very friendly and got me in and out quickly, which is more than I can say about most post office locations ive been to.

  Lynn was awesome and answered all my questions and was extremely helpful and patient! Will endure long lines for service like this!
