::Well that sucks,I left little brother to keep watch for my delivery and driver never showed up because he tried delivering it at a wrong apt # . Thankfully the lady from the apt gave me MY NOTICE( since she wasn't home). I reschedule my package for pickup,hopefully I dont have any problems picking it up.. Also notice paper are not understandable.. They need to write legibly.

::Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Employees are very rude, slow, incompetent, lack of knowledge and appear to be deaf. I needed assistance with an issue, I got their at 5:04 and of course the window was close, however I heard several people on the other side sorting and talking, I rang the bell they have for assistance...knocked on the door....shout if someone can help me...and no answer for 10min..until someone yelled from the back...WE ARE CLOSE...said I need it help...responded CLOSE. This is no way to treat customers, specially if they are federal employees...plus they shouldn't close at 5..most people get off from work at 5!!!!!!! how about 5:30-6. But that will only mean they will have to work more...which of course they are not willing to do, even on normal schedule hours. GO TO UPS OR FEDEX IF POSSIBLE at least another USPS....AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!!!

::Mailed a package to my surgeon of all my medical and two disk so that I can have brain surgery. USPS says they delivered it yet they don't have it. Was delivered on May 3rd yet the doctors office never got it. Guess I will be during for loss of my medical records seeing how I never got it back in the mail!!

::Completely incompetent! No one answers the phones and I'm guessing it's because they already know they're doing a terrible job! From the personnel in the office to the mail men. Who is in charge of hiring these idiots? Something needs to be done about such incompetence!

::No one answers the phone. If you're gonna order something expensive online from out of the US don't do it. It will go missing. They will lie on the online tracking. They'll tell you to go online to file a claim then it won't go through. They might ruin your birthday. They make it seem like if it's not their fault they messed up and they don't care.
