::I wish I can give it 0 star. The guy the counter has no patience to answer my questions about my pick up package. And start scolding at me after I insisted that my request to let him find my package on more time. “Go to website and check out where is your package. Do not ask me” this is how the people in this post office serve customers. Well. That’s why USPS lost their market. The point is I have lost packages in here for twice and same reason, "either they did not deliver or they said they delivered while you were not home." I was at home all the time!!!!!! Lying cannot be forgiven!

::I had a laughable experience today picking up my delivery in the morning and got lectured by the lady at the counter on how I lack patience. The guy in front of me already have his boxes, just as I thought he is ready to leave, he proceeded to talk about how the boxes are so easily damage during international shipping and how it was not taped well to gain chitchat opportunity. Then he proceeded to the next topic on the herbs in the boxes and how special they are. The lady at the counter did not even try to notice my existence in line. She happily obliged to continue the chit chat with the man, who obviously have nothing to do. So they just stood there having a chat, while I am standing there waiting in line to just pick up the package. I intercepted because I really do not have a lot of time in the morning and it was clear both of them have no awareness of others. The guy would of just continued and the lady would just continue to oblige him and chat. I just wanted to pick up my package. The lady at the counter then proceeded to lecturer me on how rude I am and how I lack the virtue of patience. She also defended the guy saying, he is just trying to be nice telling me about the herbs. I get it, we all need some chitchat and social interaction. However, this is a customer service situation. Timeliness and consideration for others are ALSO virtues. She could have easily navigated the situation to consider the fact that I was in line. Instead, she repeatedly told me that there was no line, so she didn't see the harm of continue to chat with the guy, but I WAS standing there!!! I am part of the line.... I CAN NOT believe this post office have such terrible mentality to service others. I DO NOT need a post office lady to lecture me to start the morning. The lack of consideration for others are appalling. Somebody please help to improve the culture of this post office! We can do better here...

::Was physically and verbally assaulted by an older woman who was delivering our mail to our apartment. I was merely checking my mail and was told that i could not do so by a carrier who then proceeded to assault me. She then took the mail and said that she would no longer be delivering mail to my entire building.

::Friendly staff yet consistently understaffed. One person working and 11 people in line. This is usually the case so should better staff.
