::This is very sad.... a package to be delivered on a Friday was not delivered and taken back to post office. I attempted to call the post office on Saturday morning and got no answer. I then resorted to the 800 number and an automated voice told me it was able to be picked up at the post office. I go down to the post office to find that they were not busy and perfectly capable of answering my calls from earlier, but leave that fact alone. I walk to the counter and show my ID as well as my tracking number for the package. The clerk gets up with an attitude and walked to the back to “search” for my package. I stood there for 10 minutes to be told that my package was not put back properly by the facility and it was out for delivery again. I explained to her that I never got any notification of where my package was nor did I schedule the redelivery. She claimed that there is nothing she could do now. Here it is 5 hours later and still no sign of the mail carrier yet again.... Not only do I not have my mail but my mother’s gift for mother’s day is now lost and I will not be able to give it to her tomorrow. It’s really sad...... I’m completely disappointed and dissatisfied at this point and will attempt to get all my packages done through ups and fedex from now on since usps can not be trusted anymore!!

::The building is in need of a major upgrade the outside is dirty and filthy trash everywhere it's always like that it just didn't happen to be that way on the day I visited but it's the Post Office that services our area it's in terrible shape inside and outside

::I called this branch from the time they opened til the time they closed. No one answer! I was placed on hold for 2 hours ! It would have been longer but I hung up ! I still have no idea where my package is ! I never recirved it and it said it was delivered to my door by them ! NO PACKAGE !

::Always packed, lose mail & packages. Left packages outside apartment door, after being instructed not to, they got stolen. Postman labeled packages in/at mail box, lied it was in front of my apartment door in an unsecured building, so couldn't fight case to have monies refunded or item resent. Hate this postoffice UPDATE STILL LEAVING PACKAGES AT MY DOOR. The postman was doing good for about 2 weeks, was leaving notices or leaving packages with the rent office, now he's laving them again!!!!! So what am i supposed to do? Just not order anything? DO YOU JOB!!!! A CHILD CAN FOLLOW SIMPLE INSTRUCTIONS!!!! So mad I'm forced to leave 1 star just to comment.
