::I am fed up with this post office..I received a Christmas card in March from my cousin in Pennsylvania, another piece of mail 2 months later..my biggest concern is that my son and his family lived with me for a while from California and then moved to Louisiana..they put in a chang of address, what a nightmare, I did not put in a change of address, I have lived at the same address for 35 years..my son got my electric bill and my lights were shut off..I was getting his mail and he was getting mine,..I went to the post office to talk with the Post Master and they said they weren't there..I talked to a manager..Now my granddaughter s birthday card was not received. said they were not in.

::I am only giving this a 2 due to the grounds on the outside.. For this to be a government facility you would think that they would take better care of the outside side of the building. The grass seems to never be cut or manicured trash is everywhere it looks filthy as far as the service I have no complaints the ladies are always nice and very polite and very fast actually.. Manicure the lawn and pick up the trash! This goes for the curbside as well

::Beware of theft at the Raleigh Post Office on Austin Peay Hwy. Memphis, Tennesse! Do not take your mail here! I would rate it a 0 if I could.Two different times my mail never reached it's destination. Packages and gift cards that were mailed there were never received and never found. It is definitely some stealing going on within the facility. I'm done! I will never use the post office's services again!

::12-19-20 Due to the large amout of packages that I ship, the increased wait time on deliveries has been nothing short of a nightmare! However, I visited the USPS on Austin Peay 40 minutes before closing on the last saturday before Christmas. The line was indeed long, but the wait was not. The USPS workers were very upbeat and positive and I'm sure tired. The workers were helpful, warm, and friendly. Honestly, since I've moved to this side of town I have had my best USPS experiences here. So even though shipping is a nightmare right now, these workers definitely made the process smooth. They also informed the patrons of the increased delay. Thank you for getting it right!

::We frequently have problems with the mail person leaving the door open with our mail in the box. The other day I went to check the mail and they had shoved ALL 5 of these packages in there, just wadded up, and left the door open because it wouldn't close. I realize it's hot outside, but do your job...if it doesn't fit, bring it to the door! Then yesterday, we had 2 packages. The mail lady brought one to the door. My husband got a tracking text that said they attempted to deliver the other package and left a notice (they didn't!), because there wasn't a secure location to leave it. We were HOME, with the door open. My son got the first package off the porch as the mail lady was walking back to her truck. That makes no sense. Our mail people are lazy!!
