::Absolutely WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! The supervisor there is a horrible person I don’t understand how you can go about your life treating customers the way you do! I’ve been waiting on a package for 3 Days now the mailman was so damn lazy to bring me my package he marked undeliverable and I went to the post office twice the second time I got into an altercation with the supervisor poor poor customer service better off driving to the one on Randol mill and oak wood

::The mailman that delivers for 76010 near Carter and Pioneer street is a lazy bastard!!! 3 packages have not arrived...including today where we waiting all damn day for his ass...only to see that he put a "sorry we missed you" letter in our mailbox!! It was a package we had to sign for...but he was too damn lazy to walk to our door!! Trust me...they gonna get an ear full tomorrow when I go pick it up!!

::I sent a letter to go across the same town I live in sign receipt On Dec 7, 2017 on 1/11/2018 the letter still not delivered. This is a very important letter. So on 1/11/2018 Sent this in Overnight plus sign receipt with insurance on it Today is 1/16/2018 this Overnight has still not been delivered? I have lots of questions about this but in order to talk to anyone on phone you have to wait for 2 hours. This is Bull!! Not happy with the snail Mail. That is why mostly we use email except when you need signed receipts!!! Very disappointed!
Lost on Land Again
::I got the biggest run around today, being sent from post office to post office in order to talk to a supervisor about our mail being thrown in the street by our mail carrier. Packages, our mail, our neighbors mail, mail for people down the street, thrown down DAILY> I was told there are no supervisors in the building, to go to a different post office. So I go across town and that supervisor was extremely rude and told me he couldn't/wouldn't help me. They wonder why the post office isn't being used much any more. I don't wonder at all. They are rude, unprofessional and obviously don't care at ALL. Horrible HORRIBLE experience. Doesn't have to be this way, yet it is. I wonder how much that stupid supervisor makes a year to hold up the wall he was leaning against?

::I came in to get set up for bulk mailing. I anticipate a wait when I come here, as they tend to be continuously busy, and this alleviates some frustrations I might have. It was a good visit. Both Shelia and Karl were helpful and met my needs for the visit. Thank you USPS, you have a difficult and often thankless job.
