::Everything was fine. Until the day that I lost my 2 packages. It said in the usps app that the packages were delivered in a specific date and time it was on Sunday morning! I was here at my place the whole time walking in n out didn’t see any packages! Due to the main house (front house) was under construction, I doubted that it could be the construction workers that stole the packages but they said they had not seen any packages delivered! Yet had the landlord calling me a PARANOID person! So I contacted to the usps about the claim and there was nothing I can get out of it because in the system said that they were delivered! So I just lost my money JUST LIKE THAT!! Very disappointing!!

::Whoever the carrier is on the delivery routes from this office? They are stealing the mail. I have had four packages not delivered to me now!! I can't get my money back without insurance. I was even at home one day for a delivery and I got the text confirmation (i now use tbe informed delivery feature) that it was delivered at the same time I saw the post office USPS van driving away and there was no box at the doorstep which means they are just confirming that they delivered it and then keeping it for themselves. Specifically, my delivery person lately has been a young woman with colored dreadlocks. I'm not sure who else it could be. I call the post office and get no help so my only recourse is this one star review! Buy insurance on your deliveries if u want to get them!

::I had a good experience in this location. The person who initially helped me was really friendly and provided with accurate information. I didn't know I had to make an appointment to apply for passport so I had to go back again. I made my appointment and early on the day my appointment they called me because the authorized person for passport applications was not available on that day (that was a nice customer service because I was notified in advance and save me the trip). The following day I arrived and Ray took all my paperwork. He was really friendly and fast to make this process smooth enough.
