  This place is great if you don't need to interact with the staff at all. Otherwise... well, let's just say the DMV has better customer service.

  Questions about the options I had to mail a traffic ticket locally were ignored and then when the price of the service that was suggested was too high they acted like I was told what the price was going to be - when I hadn't. When I stated that I hadn't heard them mention it there was just an awkward silence. I was able to get what I needed but I will not be going again.

  my experiences haven't been bad per say, but i do wish the customer service was better. on the several occasions that i've been here, the same man helped me. he isn't exactly the nicest. he's pretty snappy, and if you ask questions he doesn't give very good answers. the lines are always super long, whether it's 8-9 am or 3-4 pm. i don't have much choice, but it gets the job done.

  I've gone here about 30 times and maybe 1 / 30 did I get bad service. The rest of the times were very smooth and people were very helpful. I saw 2 students walk in with a small "robot" that they wanted to ship to a competition (no box, no nothing), and the people here JUST HELPED. Found them a box. Packaged it. These kids had no idea what they were doing. Top notch.

  Very small post office, just a bit removed from the street so it might be hard to see at first. Street parking only. Clean and well stocked when every time I've been in. Staff is efficient and professional. Getting people in and out as fastest possible is there main goal so don't expect a long friendly conversation.
