This is by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with with USPS. The employees are very rude and literally ignore you when you ask for help. I get that USPS is very busy in what they do, but when I am respectfully asking you something, you do not have to turn into a bully. They frown at you when you ask for help, ignore your questions, and then take other customers before you because you are some how wasting there time. Never again will I come here.

Too lazy to get out the vehicle to deliver birthday gifts to businesses... I sent my boyfriend a birthday gift to his job & they sent it back nobody got out to take the package in they just sent it back to the sender... really ruined his birthday for me.... I've also called this location 30 times this morning no answer....

I am still waiting on mail from Tuesday which includes two bills and cards. I have one bill in my mail box that has been there for two days, yet they deliver junk mail and don't pick up the out going. This is not the first time.

Nasty attitude from this post office every single time. They don’t want to do their job for something that takes less than a minute. I’m just dropping off an already labeled package that needs a receipt to prove it’s been dropped off. They want me to leave a line I’ve been in for 20-30 minutes to tell me to go to the self serve to get a receipt that I have been told is not adequate proof that it’s actually been dropped off. I’m not waiting another 20 minutes to get in a line where if the package is lost before it gets scanned that the receipt you get isn’t proof enough to get the insurance coverage because they don’t scan it and lose it.

Packages DON’T get delivered to the correct addresses. This seems like the most important part of a postal workers job but it’s NOT happening regularly from this office. Our government at it’s finest! Smh Use FedEx.
