  I got a pink card in the mailbox, my wedding dress was at the post office and I needed to pick it up. I was only in line five minutes. I got called to the desk, gave them my pink card , the staff member told me it would be a minute. He came back to the desk with my package very quickly. He was friendly and kind. I Also Bought 4 Books Of THE stamps with floral pictures on them for my wedding invitation. The staff member said that was all he had left. I'm glad I didn't need more but I feel for the next person who wants them at this location.

  Have had problems with delivery multiple times over the years. Sometimes they skip us (I think we're at the end of their route). Had a problem with the parcel box today and tried to call the office to alert them to the problem. Called several times between 12:00 PM and 12:45 pm and let the phone ring until the automated system cut me off, but no one ever picked up my call. This matches my experience with the service at the actual location. They're painfully slow, often disappear from the counter for periods of time when there is a line of customers (for no apparent reason--the customer they were helping having left already), and generally lack customer service skills. To be fair, service in person may have improved in the last couple of years. I just never go in because I'd rather deal with the hassle of using a less convenient location rather than wait for this post office to get its act together.

  Been here a few times and always have a great experience. The workers are quick and friendly. They don't push you to purchase more expensive postage and they lay out all the shipping options in a very neutral way unlike some of the other Lexongton locations. It was busy but they were quick. I'll definitely use this location. Parking lot is small but theres plenty of spots near surrounding businesses.

  Different mail carriers and delivery times every day. Yesterday mail delivery at 7 p.m. Today is the second day carriers have failed to pick up my outgoing mail! Yes, the flag was up! Also, my front door was open, but carrier did not ring bell or knock with certified mail! I have called 6 times in a row to complain - No one answers! Very poor service!

  I regularly ship packages, including to overseas. It took a while to understand the USPS system, but once I did I've had nothing but good experiences with the staff. Contrary to some of the reviews here, I find that when the line gets long, they bring other staff up to help out. I was there one day when some guys showed up with 100+ packages and the line behind these guys started growing. But the customers had not done their homework and their packages were all messed up. Rather than send them packing, the staff moved them to the side, told them they would have to wait until everyone else got served, and that's what happened. The USPS staff kept their cool.
