::Great customer service . This USPS is located in a commercial building . The city of Las Vegas decided to put in parking meters in every business lot not the commercial owners. Before individuals going to events / Fremont street would parked their cars for free leaving little parking space for others These USPS work very hard every day . I notice very little positive comments . I seen customers go to the front of the counter or asked questions while they’re waiting on customers . Th whole time being professional . It isn’t easy dealing with the public . They get done winners in there. I have waited in line while a man jumped in front of when, he walked thru another story side door. Once, I was taking care of postal business when, a woman walked in and pushed me aside because , she was in a hurry. I lost my temper both times which, told me I was in the wrong . These two individuals had to be important . The clerks should had yelled at those two. It is what it is. I understand when a VIP wants to be waited on the rest of us have to wait their turn. Great customer service and gr at individuals working there.

::This Post Office is understaffed and always has a line. Being the downtown post office its busy but not enough employees to keep the line moving. Avoid this post office if at all possible or plan of having atlest 30 minutes to wait if you have to go to the counter. Employees are atlest courteous.

::Fast and friendly service. Lots of PO Boxes available. Ignore what one reviewer said about parking. Its free and clearly indicated by multiple signs in the parking lot. Also ignore what one reviewer said about passport photos. USPS does take passport photos and for pretty much the same price that you can get at CVS or Walgreens.

::Just like everywhere , wait in line and you're done. The service is VERY good. Considering the government cut back.....the wait time is due to the customers non-preparedness.! NOT the clerk !! Close to me and easy to mail my m.o.'s.....
