  I recently moved into a new place. Mail for 3 other individuals have been being delivered to my house. Just over a week ago, I returned all the mail to the post office, letting them know that these individuals no longer live at this address. Today, I received a bin from the post office, containing all the mail that I had returned.

  I've been several times and the staff is kind, sweet, and there was no line.

  Horrible, lazy, incompetence are just a few words that describe the supervisors at this post office

  not only have I called but I have also went down to the office looking for a package that was supposed to be delivered at least 2 days ago and they are still unable to find my mail. the other issue that I have is that instead of being helpful with assisting me they seem to want to just rush through customers as if we were a herd of sheep cattle. I understand with wanting to get the job done but I have worked in customer service and to my understanding you're trained Quality over Quantity, meaning get the job done to the customers satisfaction not your own. What ever happened to the customers always right policy.
