  Luckily, the system at this location is not down in this busy tax season. However, with such a long line over there, only one lady works behind the counter.

  I went there at noon on Saturday and left there at 1.30pm. The staff put me 3 times in the line to fill in correctly the customs form and re-do my package. They forced me to tear and remove the tape because it was the priority mail one only to make me buy theirs, which would not even stick. According to them they are not a charity and they don't provide a tape to wrap a package. He told me i had an attitude and I told him that so did he, that's why he "punished" me having to return to the line every time to "fix" my mistakes in the customs form. The staff is racist and sexist. I am sure if I were an American guy would have another treatment. Enjoy your experience! If my package does not arrive to its destination, I am going to take further action!

  The all time most rude and incompetent staff I've ever encountered in a post office. Unbelievable this is considered acceptable anywhere, least of all the Nation's capital. I hope this place gets shut down and replaced by all automated kiosks, or even closed permanently. I now go out of my way to avoid this branch even though it's the closest to home.

  I've always had a good experience at this location (maybe 8-10x in the past year). The ladies in lane 1 and lane 3 are really good and have provided fast, professional service. From what I've observed, the gentleman in the middle is not as good however.

  I'm a fan! Compared to some of the post offices that I've been to, this is probably the best post office that I've ever used. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me; and, perhaps it's because I smile and show respect knowing that their job is sometimes thankless (serving cranky people). They are quick to scan any packages that I drop off and provide me a receipt (when I need one) as well packages that I use the self-service machine with.
