::Hands down the worst customer service. I paid for express delivery with a guaranteed delivery date. The package was not delivered and they would not uphold the guaranty and issue a refund. The people at this location are rude, inconsiderate and lazy.

::This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. They never answer their direct line and when you do finnally get thru they do not help at all. I called this morning to see where my mail was because my entire apartment complex didn’t receive their mail. The carrier said there wasn’t any mail at the office for me so it must be in route. I explained I was waiting for packages and that I had outgoing mail that need to be picked up yesterday and did not get picked up. I saw the delivery guy deliver to the apartments next door and drove on by ours. The guy in the phone said if there was dogs outside they don’t deliver. So UPS and FEDEX and DHL all deliver if there are dogs because it’s their job. Never has a problem with any of my neighbors dogs affecting getting my packages delivered on time except when it comes thru usps. This is not the first time I’ve had problems with my mail as I’ve lived here from r 3 years and every time I have problems this rude office has some way of making it not their problem!!! The green mountain post office staff are so polite and courteous to me and even they have told me they have taken complaints from edgewater. Wish edge water could revive better customer service training and be more like the green mountain office on alameda and Kipling at the fed center!!!

::The post office now closes their lobby when they are not open. I have to leave for work at 5:30AM and would like to be able to pick up my Post Office box mail on the way to work, yet now I'm forced to go out of my way after work to pick up my mail and deal with the potential of being backed into in their tiny parking lot. Again.
