The carriers at this locatiin routinely mark my mail as attempted or as business closed when we are open. Haven't been able to get in touch with the manager to see why that is. Just terrible.

A customer sent a 35 lbs package to your business, the post office held it at the local receiving post office without notice. The customer called to inquire about it and that was the first we heard of it. What good is priority mail if they wont deliver it?

The only post office I go to. They are very prompt with delivering packages.

No mail delivery in our neighborhood twice the week of Dec. 4. Carrier has been seen in the neighborhood as late as 9 pm yet most have not received mail! Supposedly a carrier quit but it's up to the post office to make sure the mail gets delivered! Calling the Watson post office is futile. No one answers the phone. Emails go unanswered. Another issue: I had to argue with a clerk that she was supposed to refund my postage according the letter I had in my hand from the POST OFFICE. She finally checked with her supervisor and refunded my money (a package I sent was never delivered). The Euless post office employees are much nicer all the way around.

I just called this post office and spoke with Traci, she was extremely helpful, detailed and professional I must say that I'm impressed by the quality of service I received over the phone, she definitely surpassed my expectations from a USPS employee. This post office does have long lines some times but that's like any other post office or government institutions. The times I visited this location I did receive good service. Important note for apartment residents: USPS doesn't always deliver large packages to an apartment door as the number packages have increased tremendously, they will leave the package at the leasing office or take it back and leave a "delivery attempted" note in your mail box. I thought that my mail man/ woman was being lazy but they are just following the procedure.
