  Incompetent, rude staff and poor customer service. Moving back to Texas from out-of-state and needed to rent a PO box. We had to wait 30 minutes in line, then the clerk wouldn’t rent to us because our driver’s licenses were from New Jersey. I explained I’d rented a PO box in NJ with Texas ID. She told me I needed to go back to NJ and have them verify my address. I asked if there was a form to fill out. She said, “I don’t know how they do it there.” The USPS is a federal agency, they do it the same no matter which state you live in. You fill out the form, provide two pieces of ID verifying a physical address, then you rent a PO box. Avoid this place like the plague. UPS store on Waugh was super helpful.

  This is the closest post office to me by far and yet they aren't the one that services my area. They are completely unhelpful if you need help with your mail and they aren't your post office, it blows my mind that the post offices aren't all connected on the same system. They told me to go to another post office which is miles away to stop getting mail sent to a former tenant or to talk to the person that delivers the mail, really? They aren't able to just note something in the system if they aren't YOUR specific post office. Useless. Otherwise, the wait usually isn't too bad if you go at off peak hours, and they are reasonably helpful with sending mail, just ensure you go to your post office for issues receiving mail.

  Great customer service! They actually helped me track my package better than I was able to online and get my package earlier than planned!

  This is the nearest post office to our office and we will never understand how they have only one person working the majority of the day. Especially during the busiest times. The line was out the door due to only one staff member at this location. Unbelievable. The service wasn't too great either.

  I have never had a bad experience at this location. The volume of packages that pass through the hands of the employees there is enormous. The postal workers are always helpful especially navigating the paperwork associated with individual postal rates. They explain the costs and allow you to move to the side, complete the forms, and jump back in without going to the end of the line. Very accommodating. Customers need to be more patient.
