  I sent my COLLEGE DIPLOMA using USPS services. I sent that diploma on December of last year! They are still looking for it! And in the website it says that it went to the Miami usps postal office and ITS NOT THERE. Just to clarify, I CANT START STUDYING without my college diploma! How are they going to miss a large box??? NEED ANSWERS

  This Post Office always has someone at the entrance to assist and make sure you have everything you need when you get to the counter. Staff is really friendly and helpful.

  For the very first time in usps I been ucsually helped and everything was made with good feelings . They been asking to go to the survey the have online because they know they’re doing a great job

  Do not receive all of our mail. Bills sometimes are overdue because they are not delivered, Not Good

  Dealing with Connie there has always been a nightmare. From discriminating me with myservice dog, telling me dogs aren't allowed, to being extremely rude saying "I to think I called you sir" after telling me to move from the front. Disgusting to deal with someone when you are a paying customer. Seems like I'm not the only one that gets ride service at this location. Something should be done.
