The lines can be long, but overall I have found everyone to be very friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service in the world. Needed to buy postcard stamps - waited in line for over 20 minutes to finally be waited on and told that they didn't have any because they were "locked in the safe" and they couldn't get them out. The person waiting on me was rude and unapologetic. Ended up being 20 minutes late for work and in a bad mood. Let me add that this was not a one time occurrence - this place has consistently terrible service. Don't go here.

Long lines and terrible attitudes. Went to mail an international package and waited 25 min in line while 2 people (one doing a passport) were on register. When i got to the counter the woman was short with me and said i Had to step out of line and fill out a form. That was done...i needed help with the address. So i do it in less than a minute. And then I waited for “next in-line”...and waited some more. An employee finally comes to help, removed her “next register” sign, logs on her register and i go up to her. She tells me she wasn’t open...what?! But can’t stall any longer and ends up taking me (because she had to). I was barely holding it together, I was so frustrated. When I asked about a lower fare on the screen in front of me she said “does this look like a bag?!”(it was a box) and there was no clear info on my screen. How about a nicer explanation, jerk. So frustrated and infuriated by the treatment.

Great service! I went in and one of the lady's was wonderful and went out of her way to help me out and kept the shop open until I got my package sorted. Would recommend! :)
