  This West Boca PO on W Palmetto is THE WORST PO I have ever been to. The long black haired lady covered in tattoos and the Indian dude are BEYOND rude to the customers here. I wintenessed both of these workers yelling at elderly customers because the POSTAL workers didn't want to acknowledge that their instructions were confusing. Tattoo lady I catch talking socially on the phone and even looking at YouTube videos on her phone. The Indain dude literally snarls at everyone like a dog. Why haven't these 2 been fired?!!! Does anyone from UPS read the reviews on their business?! Make the West Boca Post Office BETTER please!!!!!!

  Have been calling This location for the part 30 min, over 15 call and not a single answer, after ringing for about a minute, it disconnects and apologizes that the call cannot be completed.

  I had a package and sender forgot to add the apartment number. After realizing this I checked tracking and saw it was scheduled to be delivered. Following day I had not received the package I attempted to call the post office 5 times and never got an answer after 1min the call is disconnected every time. Rechecked the tracking and it said disposed by post office. Attempted two more calls with the same result.

  The worst customer service I have ever received at a USPS store. Gary is extremely rude. Especially during times like this people should be more considerate. If he doesn’t like his job he shouldn’t be working in customer service. This is not the type of person I would have as the face of my business. I watched him treat other customers terribly while I was in line.
