  Day before taxes are due. One person is serving a growing line which is not moving. No one seems to care. This is normal for this post office. Really, why don’t you care? Why didn’t you staff properly? Two persons with packages have already left the line. So, I just left. 47 minutes to mail my taxes. FAIL.minus 14 stars.

  The most miserable people I’ve ever encountered work here. Customer service is below par. You ask a question and you get ridiculed. USPS do better.

  I normally don’t leave reviews or anything of the sort unless I’m blown away for good or bad reasons, and this one is a bad reason. My wife and I were trying to get a passport for our 3 month old baby. Earlier in the week we scheduled an appointment to have pictures taken at this location because we figured it’s easier and minimizes the amount we have to take our baby out of the house in between naps. We specifically did this at a certain time hoping things would go promptly while still having some time in case it was a little delayed but this was 20-30 minutes more which is absolutely irresponsible. When we got there, our appointment was for 1:45PM but nobody helped us until after 2. If you have a little baby, every minute is important to keep them on schedule so this already was ruining our schedule. Then, when we spoke with the lady behind the counter, she told us that the picture machine was down and that someone had spoken to us yesterday and cancelled the appoint with us. My wife showed her phone to the USPS workers to prove that they never called her. The attendant then called over the man who made the phone calls to cancel our session and he claimed that he spoke to my wife and told her that it wasn’t possible to take pictures there. The man straight up lied to my wife and I about calling us and neither he nor the attendant behind the counter had the courage to admit a mistake was made on their part and offer to reschedule. Everything my wife said to them to show them they were lying was met with “I spoke to a woman and she confirmed the cancellation” and yet even with a phone showing the call history and a lack of evidence to show that they called, they still repeated the same thing over and over again. These workers lied and lied and just refused to admit that they made a stupid mistake despite all the undeniable evidence showing that they were lying. It was so disrespectful to do that to a mother with a 3 month old baby in front of everyone that was there, but these workers at this location seemed to not care. Never again will we go to this location and I suggest whoever is reading this does the same.

  I have a feeling that all the people who work here despise their lives. The negative energy is tangible when you walk through the door. Brace yourself for rudeness and poor service. If it weren't for the necessity of mailing packages and getting passports, I guarantee I would never step foot in this facility again. Continually disappointed.

  Fabulous that they are open till 3 on Saturdays! The only branch since that is. However, there's only two people staffing the place, which doesn't really fit the known long line. They handle passports at this time too. Perhaps it would be better if they withheld passport appointments for this last hour?
