  I've been at this location dozens of times. The lines for the counter can be long at times (customers always seems to be coming in waves), but the employees have been super patient and careful in explaining to people what their options are and if they forgot any forms. It can lead to the lines getting longer (5-10 mins waits) but I respect their professionalism and helpfulness. I've never had had an issue with them and they are always smiling and nice to you so I don't mind if I have to wait.

  I am not the one who often writes reviews. But the man (Steve) who works at passport section here is amazing. He not only processed our passport faster but accommodated us between his appointments. A rare gem person who really helps people.

  Whenever I come here to drop off a package in the bin, it never gets scanned... and it'll be like over 4 days with no updates on tracking at all. What's the point in paying extra for tracking if it's not gonna get updated?Never had a problem with the service up front so i'll be doing that from now on.

  Passport application service here is the best. They're very nice, helpful, and efficient. Walk-ins are acceptable as long as you don't come right before lunch time (12-1 PM) or closing time (3 PM). They provide passport photo services, but are not able to do baby passport photo though. Try to come prepared and you should be in and out very quickly.

  Steve in passport office is the best!! I went to submit my passport application. I didn't have an appointment because they were all booked for weeks. I went early so I could get in. Steve came, asked who has appointment and who doesn't. He first made sure he helped those with appointments and then helped the rest of us without appointments. He was very efficient, helpful, and at the same time friendly and funny! I was amazed! I had my application in black pen, which I had to re-write in blue, I needed to take a photo and he got all of that done in no time! I was so impressed! He didn't have to let us in without appointments, but he wants to help people so he manages to accommodate more people than scheduled by doing there work super efficient and still smiling! If I was his manager, I'd give him a raise and a big bonus! Thank you Steve!
