  i have not been to this location but i live in flint and i shop online a lot and whenever i have a online order that is processed through this location it always gets stuck at this center for 5-15 days before moving again, or they just send it in the opposite direction and it gets sent right back to them and sits even longer, im betting that its an unorganized mess in there.

  Never had a problem or rude service here. Lines are sometimes long at lunch but that's to be expected. Wished they opened earlier than 10am though.

  When you call this branch the message says "...stay on the line and your call will be picked up by an operator". This NEVER happens. It rings and rings and then the machine just hangs up on you. This has been going on for many days. I've called them over 10 times a day and it hangs up every time.

  No automatic postage machine. Waited at least 15 minutes in line.
