::The clerk was rude and impatient. I went to ask something about expired passport and there is a lot of steps that I need to do. I don’t think I can remember so I ask her to write it down the steps and she say in a very bad tone, “YOU write it down!” I mean I don’t need her to wrote it for me, but her attitude is really terrible.

::I waited 1 hour and a half just to ask if my package was delivered to this location. It was just a Yes or Not answer. And they only have 1 clerk working and she goes: "They're too many customers for me to run to the back to check"

::I'm a regular customer here at Alhambra's Bay Street Post Office. This facility has wonderful and knowledgeable staff. To name a few: Ivy, Cynthia, Adrian, Ve, Michael, Zhe, & Miguel. I've worked with all these staff members. They all offer a different and professional approach to customer service. This is a great facility to ship from. I've seen lines out the door and they move along pretty well. Thanks

::I solely use the self-serve kiosks here to ship out my packages! It’s easy since the machine will weigh and measure your package for you and give you the price based on what options to ship you pick. The shipping label prints from the machine and you stick it to your package! Depending on which shipping option- it doesn’t print the arrival address. For all shipping options, they never print your return address so remember to bring a fine tip sharpie or pen to write your return address on the label. Once you pay for the label and stick it on your package, you just toss it in the white bin beyond the counter located behind the counter in between the two self serve kiosks! I’ve seen staff help ppl use the kiosk so that is very nice of them to do I wish they opened til 6pm but at least they have drop off boxes located out front. Parking is easy on the one-way street. During peak times it can get absolutely full tho so I would just circle back or park on the street before you turn in, in front of the library since it’s all free public parking. I’ve even parked in the parking structure nearby and walked over too
