  TO ALL CARRIERS AND INDEPENDENTS BEWARE.............. We book a load with JR TRUCKING INC out of CA a load of pickles for $4800.00 (which was still cheap) to got to BRONX, NY ,from McALLEN, TX ... we pick up Sunday the 10th around 9:30pm ... While in route on Monday I call shipper to see if we could possibly deliver early if we got there on Tuesday and she said yes at 9am then she ask Wht time do we think we will make it and I said around 7:30am and she said hold on and she talked to someone in back and then said ok cool..... ALSO THE LADY NAME IS Ms. ANNA ....... Now she didn't inform us that she has to get a crew or that if we couldn't make our possible early delivery that it would be a charge........ WTBS we kept on trucking and and had a fee issues to deal with Monday night and once Tuesday morning came I was going to call Ms. ANNA but she beat me by calling me around 7am to see was we still going to possibly make it in. And I then informed to her we had some truck issuses and we would just be in at our REGULAR schedule time Wednesday morning at 6am..... And she said ok ALSO HERE IS MY CELL # PLEASE CALLWITH ANY ISSUES and I said thanks ok...... So we get to the BRONX, NY around 4:15am and I text her and let here know we was there and she text back THANKS ... so the workers came in around 5am as they do EVERY MORNING per a couple of guys that work there..... So there unloaded another truck then started on us about 5:40AM and finished about 7am .. They had one man in Truck working ELECTRIC PALLET JACK and one man on FORK LIFT taking each pallet inside building.... So again they finished around 7am... So now we're just waiting on bills to get signed so 30mins has past... So I go in and they tell me they waiting on Ms. Anna to come in to sign bills and she will be in about 10am... So I said oooook and went back out to truck and I text Ms. Anna to Verify but she never text back so 30 mins had past I call Ms. Anna no answer then I called office and some guy said she not in..... Mind u they have there product so there is no worry so they can take there time..... So another about and 1hr went by and I text Ms. Anna and said......." Hello Ms. Anna have u signed bills yet because we been sitting waiting for hrs now and we have another load to pick by noon....". SO SHE TEXT BACK THEN AND SAID SORRY BUT I DONT KNOW WE THEY TOLD U THT I HAD TO SIGN THE BILL BUT THERE WRONG..... BUT YOUR BILL IS COMMING RITE OUT... It took another 30mins for it to come out... So when the bill finally came out they headed noted on bill that there will be a unknown charge for the crew of Two guys for unloading truck since they were there Tuesday and we was not... Mind u our appointment was WEDNESDAY. and we talk to Ms. Anna early Tuesday morning at 7am..... So when I got the BOL I tried to call her office and cell a couple of times to clarify things but no answer then went in to talk but all of sudden she in a allday meeting...... So I text here and asked about it no answer.....so we called her cell # from my co-drivers cell # and she picked up so I asked about the unknown charge and she said talk to JR TRUCKING INC out of CA which was the broker. So I summited my invoice and BOL's and then called him so he said he going call her about it with no luck all day Wednesday so he finally talk to her Thursday the 14th that morning and he said her fee was $1460.00. For the so call TWO MAN CREW to unload truck... MIND U I TALKED TO SOME WORKERS WEDNESDAY AND THEY SAID THEY COME IN EVERYDAY AROUND 5AM........ Then the broker gone say don't call the client she the one gave me here personal cell... But he said that they say there scared cause we called about four times..... Come on now that's bull....
