  Excellent! First, my door was hit. United Overhead Doors sent a serviceman to quickly repair door temporarily for our safety and security. The serviceman was professional in placing my damaged door and checking to make sure it was secure and safe from any harm to us during our waiting period for a new door. From start of calling in for a repair, Maria (then dispatcher) on a Saturday had called back from an emergency call I had left. She informed me when I could expect the serviceman and answered all of my many questions. The serviceman repaired and cleaned up afterwards. Today, we had the installation. Beautiful job. Professionally done. From the start of the estimate my many questions regarding how this would all pan out, were answered. And as I was clearly made aware of the time frame, what to expect, and the great communication, all went as planned. I want to thank the staff, Lou, Tommy, Maria, Mark, Dick and finally Victory for the peace of mind you have all provided my family with.

  STAY AWAY. The customer service is terrible. It's like they don't want your business! I originally made an appointment with a sales rep for a Saturday morning. I went all the way up to Yonkers and sat and waited for 15 minutes before being told by the woman at the front desk that the sales rep was out meeting with a client on Long Island and would not be in until the afternoon. So I left. About 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled to begin, I received a call from the sales rep asking where I was. When I explained what happened, he said he did not have an appointment on Long Island and rudely accused me of being wrong, when in fact the woman at the front desk had screwed up. I really needed a garage door so a couple of weeks later, I called and asked if a sales rep could contact me to give me a quote. I gave the woman who answered all of my information, including the town my home is in. She said someone would call me back. I never received a call back so I called to follow up again. The woman who answered asked what town my home is in and when I told her, she rudely said we don't take clients that far out on Long Island and tried to hang up. I said I think you are thinking of a different town because I'm just outside of Queens, and anyway I've already spoken to a sales rep and someone else and they both knew my town and didn't say it was an issue. She rudely said she didn't make the rules and tried to hang up. When I mentioned the sales rep's name, she back tracked and rudely said call his cell phone -- even though I started the call asking if someone could help me because I can't seem to reach anyone. She was literally the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life. It's very strange. It's like they don't want your business even though I really need a garage door and have jumped through hoops to try to use them. I also think the woman who screwed up my initial appointment was the person I spoke to on the phone. So United Door, if you are reading this, she's really hurting your business...

  I called United Door to fix my garage door opener. This job was carried out with superb efficiency and professionalism. I would just like to take this opportunity of thanking your staff for doing a wonderful job and would recommend your company to family and friends.

  We had a broken garage door and need to get it repaired. We checked out a few companies for garage door repair service and ultimately decided to go with United Doors who was the only one willing to give a free estimate. Their technician came right on time. He checked everything out and essentially told us that there were few adjustments that needed to be done. They also charged very less money. Awesome service, would definitely recommend!

  I needed my garage door to be quickly fixed. So I did a quick search and got what I wanted just right in my neighborhood – United Doors. They got back to me quick, was able to come in less than an hour. They installed new spring and shiny cables to my ancient garage door and also checked the door completely. Thank you so much.
