  UMAC has built up my self esteem tremendously and I have learned important qualities which I am able to take outside of the dojang. My confidence has improved along with my strength and agility. I 100% recommend UMAC to anyone who needs good training and a confidence booster!

  If you are looking for something more than your average Martial Arts school UMAC FIshkill is the place to be. Not only will you get the benefits of learning Taekwondo but it is done in one of the most respectful and positive atmosphere's you can imagine. All ages and level are welcome and everyone is treated the same. We love the positive atmosphere and the way our children are learning to become leaders.

  We love UMAC for our son (age 7) all the instructors are excellent with the children. It is a welcoming environment. We originally enrolled our child to help him build his confidence and learn to speak up for himself. This program has done that and much more!

  The program provided by UMAC Fishkill is of highest black belt status. Not knowing what to expect as first timer bringing my four year old, I immediately sensed the structured environment, yet fun atmosphere conducive to learning at this age. The staff are beyond amazing and talented and I plan to attend for many years to come. Highly recommend to everyone in the community!

  The team there is very supportive, fun, and yet all business when needs to be. It's a great program for kids of any age, even adults at any age! My two kids love going, it's great motivation, and gets all their energy out- directed in a positive way. Highly recommend!!
